Game 75, 76 Cats lose to Magic but beat Wizards

Game 75 52-22 Cats @ 28-47 Magic


























On April 1st the Bobcats lost to the Magic 48-55 after a tough battle. Folks are starting to wonder if the strong start to the Season was April Fools joke. As a result they have fallen to 3rd in the power standings.
Rudy Gay went ice cold in the fourth quarter after hitting shots in the 1st three quarters. The largest lead by either team was the 7 point margin at the end of the game. with 44.4 seconds left the Cats were only down by 2

Odd stat of the night: The Cats reserve bigs had more points in fewer minutes than the starting bigs.

POR: Babbitt out 2-4w Broken Arm

Game 76: 52-23 Cats v. 31-44 Wizards

The Bobcats took out their frustrations out on the Wizards as they annihilated them 51-38. The Cats never trailed in this game and at one point had a 41-21 lead in the third. The Bobcats still have a turnover problem which allowed the Wizards to close to 41-31. 
After the game this reported was able to talk to Manfred Nissley.
R: Manfred what do you think of the recent slide by the Cats?
M: While it is a little frustrating, I think We will get things turned around.
R: Is Larry Brown still on the hot seat?
M: Yes, and further I will say that he might never get off the hot seat.
R: Can you expound further?
M: Not at this time.
R: What are your thoughts on this last game against the Wizards?
M: I thought we finally came out with some fire. I also need to give the rest of the league a heads up on something. Look out for the kid Wall! He will run rings around you.
R: Thank you Manfred, we will see you again soon.

Odd Stat of the night: Camby had on 2 rebounds to along with 3 turnovers in 13 minutes.
